The Elbert Brown Educational Fund is currently in the planning and organization stage. The trustees are taking time to update family contact information so that communication about the fund can reach the right people and no one is unintentionally left out.
The trustees are also establishing operating procedures and preparing a fair application process so that future requests for educational assistance can be reviewed consistently, responsibly, and in keeping with the purpose of the trust.
Applications are not open at this time, but family members are encouraged to express interest so they can receive updates when the fund is ready to begin accepting applications.

Preparing review and award procedures
