The Elbert Brown Educational Fund was created to provide educational support for eligible descendants of George and Emily Brown. The fund is intended to help qualifying family members pursue post-secondary education, including college, university, trade school, and certain performing or visual arts programs.

Covered educational expenses may include college, university, post-secondary trade school, post-secondary performing arts school, post-secondary visual arts school.
The fund is not intended to cover elementary school, middle school, or high school expenses.
